Looking For A Teacher~ (Please Read~?)

Alright, I'm getting back on art after my projects are completed and Christmas is faded-- (By the way, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! <3)
BUT- I've run into an issue. Alas, there wasn't enough space for me for the 2-D Digital Arts class I signed up for for the coming semester. I'm a tad disappointed, BUT I got 3D Modeling/Rigging instead! Anyway, I thought to myself. I'm on Deviant-Art. I'm surrounded by wonderful artists and fantastic painters and critics. I figured I'd ask all of you guys!!! Now, please read this bit. I'm broke. I can't afford Photoshop, Flash or even SAI. I have Paint.NET and a Wacom pencil emulator thingy. As of now, I sketch and ink pictures on paper, scan it in via a scanner, and then apply colors in Paint.NET. Is there anyone out there willing to tutor me to become better with purely digital art? I can't shade well, I can't do colors right, my anatomy is off and I'm really not proud of it at all.... I have the drive to improve, I just need someone to walk with me. If there's anyone at all who can point me in the right direction or offer a little teaching, please PM me~
